Delta Hotels by Marriott Istanbul Kagithane

I would say that the location was good as it was closer to major attractions of Istanbul city ( Taksim Square was 30 minutes by taxi) but then Istanbul is so spread out we found it quite far from Airport which was almost 1 hour by taxi and another 30 minutes to Tuyap convention center where we had to visit 3 days to attend a trade fair ( By Taxi it was TL 1800-2200 one way) The Hotel was very neat and Clean and service excellent especially that of Guest relations manager Ms lara who was exceptional in customer service delivery. She helpd us at every step with her advice and also assisted us with her drawing a map so as not to get lost / nearest metro station/ Metro Bus if we wanted to take to save on time and money . She also guided us with places of interest with meticuluous details which we found extremely helpful in navigating the major attractions.We would have been lost without her help for sure and she did all with a ready smile all the time . Front desks staff was also very polite and helpful especially Samet and Efe .

The hotel is great. The location is good too. Not central but close to some cafes, beauty salons, and a pretty nice mall. Seemed to be a safe area. The check-in was amazing. I came with two tired kids in the middle of the night and they allowed to check in very early. We were also able to check out a bit later, and the hotel stored our bags until we were ready to go to our next distanation. The only complaints are: The breakfast was below my expectation. I stayed at Ramada before and although it was an older hotel in a very isolated location, their breakfast was fenominal. Unfortunately, here, the space was very tight and everyone was bumping into each other. Overall it was a good stay though. Among the negatives: Omelets were undercooked and one of the staff members handled food without gloves. She also used the back of spoon she held with bare hands to lift up my omlet. Another thing was when I picked up one of the "clean" towels, it was very dirty with visible spots all over it. Again, the overall experience was great.

We had an incredible stay at this amazing hotel! The room offered a breathtaking view of the city, which made our experience even more special. The location is extremely convenient, close to many attractions and transport options. A special shoutout to Dinara at the reception! She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. As a couple, we felt truly taken care of, especially when she upgraded our room to an even better one. Imagine our surprise and delight when a lovely selection of fruits was delivered to our room—a thoughtful gesture that made our stay unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay with exceptional service.

My stay was unforgettable. The staff was very professional. When I entered my room, there was a welcome handwritten note along with complimentary drinks and fruits. It was a really kind welcome.Their was a huge breakfast buffet and you can find everything you want :) And in -1 floor you can find an executive lunch that you can rest and drink coffee and many snacks, cakes. I’ll recommend this hotel to my all friends.
